Dusit Doha Hotel

Great location - approx 5-7min walk to city centre mall. Has nice seating around the hotel with two restaurants. Decent sized rooftop pool with great views. Nice room size.

So my office is located in QFC which literally a 30 seconds walk from the hotel, was there for a day so was super perfect and convenient for me. Wifi connection was somehow not working properly and when you want to login everything is just twisted however the concerige team fixed it for me so thank you. Keeping in mind i only stayed for a night, while leaving two of the room cleaners stopped me while i was in a hurry to check out and take my flight to write a good review about them and mention their names as well in my review, which isn't nice honestly. I will compliment when needed but they literally did nothing for me or my room. Kindly ask the staff to be nicer and stop stopping people in a hurry to write a good review about them even though they did not do anything useful to me.

My stay at the Dusit was beyond my expectations! Such a beautiful clean luxury hotel located in the heart of West Bay which was perfect for us, we had absolutely no issues with staff or the quality of our room. All staff were super friendly and polite and customer service was excellent. Breakfast was amazing and fresh and a variety that changed every day, it was delicious! Our room was so clean and comfortable with a breathtaking view, After a couple of days we were upgraded to a junior suite which was just perfect with flowers and a towel display on our bed and petals in the bath.. it felt like pure luxury! Such a nice touch to the experience and when I do visit Doha again I will definitely stay at the Dusit and have already recommended the hotel to family. The pool was great and lit up at night which was very cool. The staff at the pool area were so friendly and lovely to speak to, the customer service is the best I’ve seen yet. For the price you pay you certainly get more for your money! Brilliant hotel and can’t wait to come back soon!!

I have tried a lot of hotels but this was the best experience ever and the best hotel i have ever stayed in. Once we arrived we were welcomed very kindly and professionally, the hotel complimentary upgraded our room to a suite because we had anniversary And they gave us a two free beach access tickets. The gave us a chance to enjoy a very big and luxurious suite with great view. They provided us with a happy anniversary cake to our room, and a happy birthday cake in next day. Thank you Dusit so much for your kindness and making our stay very special Jake from reception has very kind and professional customer service skills

Location is good .. Wi-Fi is real good.
